“Took a while for the documents to arrive. Found a discrepancy on the paperwork so had to call customer services. It took an age to find the right phone number, having to resort to google to find it! When I eventually got through I was told that the error was irrelevant and they have lots of calls about it. Surely if that is the case they need to amend their paperwork?”
