“Tried to bring forward the start date by phone prior to the start of the policy, just by 4 days. Was told to wait by the operator for near 10 minutes. Then informed the policy team could not be contacted and the policy would have to be cancelled and a new one maybe issued at what could be different price as prices change daily. Did not understand why it was so difficult so just left the policy as it was.”
