“Wanted to charge me £19 extra on the date I did the quote as I realised I had put 66 instead of 88 for my date of birth. I contacted them in web chat immediately when I realised I had made a mistake and they said it would cost me £19.50. I refused to pay it they did do it as a goodwill gesture but that was not a good start.”
