“Have had the insurance from them last year and so far so good. Haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on that. However easy to chat via webchat and phone. I have done both and found the reps very polite and helpful.”

“On their link the cover wasn't exactly as it was on the Confused website, so I had to phone and alter slightly. I found it a little misleading.”
