“Everything is fine but getting hold of customer service is a nightmare. They have an online chat option but everytime I tried, it says they work only between certain hours so call back again eventhough I was trying to contact during those time.”

“Always check renewal status, they auto renewed and took out via DD, luckily got a quote just in time and saved quite a few £’s, and got a refund.”
