“Easy to complete their forms. Asked for them to post out documents as I am having problems with my printer and we prefer to have paper documents, rather than just keeping them online. They said they would send insurance certificate and the policy documents in two separate envelopes. We have received the insurance certificate, but still waiting for the other documents, hence the score of four stars.”
