“It was easy to get through on the phone. When I phoned 'Post Office ' to say Ib was not renewing with them it took ages like press 1 press5 press 3 listen to music etc etc .It went on for about 20 minutes actually to talk to someone . then it took 10 minutes more at least. Halifax were fine.”
