“As a returning customer it seemed more difficult to register with them because my details from 3 years ago were still being held with the policy marked as ended.
It took several hours with attempts to use their chat which did not work and then phone. I had to use a different email to re register for the service centre in order to access my documents. Documents are not sent to you automatically.”
