“Not so easy to download their app to handle my policy on line . But that is because I get flustered !! My fearless 15 year old granddaughter will help me !!! My generation ( I'm 80 ) feel more comfortable with paper documents . Easier to refer back to and view, and you can't swipe and they are gone !!”
