“The "breakdown insurance" was a diluted type, and only after signing it became somewhat clearer, in which they take you to the nearest qualified garage (a garage they may get a commission from) or my garage if it's within 10 miles and none of their garages are nearer.
The term Breakdown Insurance has always meant one thing, but now this is having all sort of tiers that requires further review, which I didn't know and is misleading.
I am going to report it to Trading Standards.”
