“I was going to take a policy, and went through the process, but at the end they state that I might be required, shortly before the renewal date, to prove my 9-year no claime, and could do so from my latest renewal notification. They should perhaps appreciate that renewals normally state 'more than 5 years' and so can't prove more than that. So unsure, and not wanting to be bothered with more beggaring about at a late stage, I stuck with my existing company.”
