“Very poor customer service, been trying to contact them and it's basically impossible. Not contact customer helpline number, online chat you wait for 40+ mins and no agent comes, have to keep refreshing it and nothing, and send email and no reply. Not happy at all as I have an issue and can not seem to get it resolved.”
