Can't talk to any one over the phone to regarding your policy, as they don't have dedicated phone operators to help you..and if that stupid live chat system is busy they won,t get back to you full stop..you,ll be sitting their in LIMBO for hrs.
Also as of today Saturday 28th September I am still waiting for a refund after I CANCELLED my policy after I finding out what a nightmare it is to deal with them.”
