“Some hidden extra with legal protection AFTER I had purchased policy despite me including it as a pre requisite. I also wanted to commence a day earlier , realising I had hashed up a little myself. Thinking the 14 relax period would mean the amendment was free, when I checked it was £25 to amend or if I cancelled during the 14 day relax period , it would cost £45 or so due to admin/set up fees.”
