“I undestood there to be a 2 week cooling off. Whan I tried to cancel after a few days they wanted to charge me £50. (it won't be activated until 25/4) How is that 2 weeks cooling off? That Is misleading and unacceptable and wasn't pointed out before I purchased. I had no choice but to leave it but I will never use them again.
I dread to think what they will do if I have to claim.”
“The site is not comprehesive enough. When you need to cancel because of an error there is way to do it youself and no body to help in the evening when some of us are sorting things out like insurance. Long story short - if you do not READ EVERYTHING before you commit then expect no friendly help and understanding. Expect to be charged heavy fees.”
