“I had a problem in making sure that I had personal insurance cover so came out of the site then could not get back in easily so I phoned Darwin and spoke to Dave who was so helpful and phoned me back as the money had been taken out but I did not get the confirmation but he sorted it out and hopefully I won’t have to make a claim.”
“Cannot and hopefully won’t have to speak to the claims process but onboarding was OK. There is no initial choice other than automatic renewal which their system says we “chose” but it can be changed later.”
