“Rated acceptable as first time dealing with them. Initial quote they give is a bit false as they had lots of add ons, some of which you really need, but disappointed at the initial price they quoted (ie it wasn't the final quote). Bit of a chore going through all the add ons too. Should have most added on at the start and give you the option to deselect or something similar to arrive at your final price.”
