“Confused's table of quotes stated a premium for the 1st Central policy I selected, which covered certain risks which were ticked. In the event, such risks if selected on 1st Central's website resulted in an increase in premium above that indicated in Confused's table of quotes. I would like to know whether the responsibility for this misleading position lies with Confused or 1st Central.”
