“I have paid the car insurance from Marshmallow on 15 February 2024. The Insurance Marshmallow have sent me text on 18 February, stating the following: We cannot begin your policy until you have done a quick ID check. I already done the ID check in the same day I have purchased the policy. I am very disappointed from 15 February 2024 to date I cannot drive because they cannot do what they supposed to do.”
