Didn't notice that coverage excludes a hire car if the car is a complete loss, which seems a reasonable expectation to me. (Oh you want coverage Sir... that'll be an extra ££.) Would have preferred to stay with previous insurer, but they hadn't thrown in a £30 charge for renewing to do 6 tenths of BA. What's the chances the AA does the same thing next year?”
