“Took over an hour to talk to an agent about a simple issue that needed clearing up before they could sort the cover. Even with a telematics box over £3k for a car that’s worth less than half that. Why when the box automatically monitors your driving and will inform you if your not driving safely or even cancel your cover if your driving stupid is the cost so high?”
