“Poor company who are attempting to take another £210 as a fee from me because they do not accept NCD even though they are underwritten by AXA the same company as my last insurance. There messages are basically a scam to get more money than the quote specified in the renewal. Would not accept their quoted information as even paying full annual fee is likely to cause them to try for more money. I have told them to respond in 5 days or I will go to the regulator and complain.”
