“I kept getting different prices for the same cover. I had varying quotes from £230 to £430 and when I thought the quote covered what I needed for a reasonable price and I tried to pay, it asked for confirmation from my bank. I would be directed to my on-line bank to confirm and get the code to complete purchase and it would take me back to the start of the quote. Very frustrating and wasted a lot of time with what should have been very simple.”
