“The only issue with Nutshell is that you are unable to review the form before payment. I had omitted a detail which affected my Premium. It took several ‘chats’ to sort things out. Had there been the opportunity to review the form, I would not have needed to contact Nutshell. Once I did contact them via the Chat Box, an agent did resolve the issue quite satisfactorily.”
