“Good so far. The purchasing process was easy and straightforward forward. Their portal provided the information required and on purchase payment completion, confirmation and account details were promptly emailed. However, I was less impressed with their automated chat service. It was rubbish! Kept popping up when not required and when required, it was 'unable to respond'!”
