“Having saved nearly £200 on my renewal insurance I couldn't be happier, The chat bot experience took a while to get used to, I don't respond well to up selling, I know what I want and need, one downside was not be able to have drive other vehicles.. otherwise exemplary service”
“good insurance offering every thing needed. reviews complain that they are unable to contact staff but peppercorn are clear on how to contact them and various admin fees before you sign up. only thing not happy with is they would charge cancellation fee even in cooling off period !”
