“The digital service that Peppercorn provide is just as easy to go through as any telephone service as the response from the AI service is immediate whereas you can be hanging on the end of the phone for ages sometimes. I would have scored Very Good, but I needed to report a number plate change to my car details but unfortunately it was Sunday and the AI was unable to let me make the change and there were no agents working on Sunday's or Bank Holidays, all you can do is Whatsapp a message or send an Email which was replied to before 9.30 am the following morning.”
