“I chose One Call and paid the fee. I waited for the thank you email, did not come. Next got email to say there was an issue, no details. I was given a link to Livechat, did not work on Thursday or Friday. I found a phone number, used it, woman I spoke to said could not help, only deals with claims; I needed someone somewhere else in the building, she didn't know where. I was at my wit's end. Do you have a number for One Call? It is now Sunday night, since Wednesday I have been unable to insure, to tax, to drive and I can't contact the people who took my money”
