“It was £20 cheaper than my renewal notice I found the online process rather complicated and had to try three times to finally get to the payment stage. The initial pages told me what I wanted and appeared to be in my basket there then occurs a complex process of selecting options and having to keep double checking what I was actually buying. Still not sure but I think I have what I need!”
