“Better priced with sensible and by far better add on prices than any other provider i.e. RAC cover/legal cover. Ease of purchase over the computer (not android - hate AI) was instant.
I have rated providing documents as acceptable as still waiting hard copy in post and likewise customer service/communication as I have not accessed these so not able to properly rate as yet. I am still very much 'Old School' and require hard copy on paper. I do not use any android devices and do not understand (nor do I need too) modern tech. for such and would not know how to do this. Paper copy is EXTREMELY important to me. This will not change for me or most in my age group; would be good if ALL insurance companies in future consider this for my not just my but the slightly older generation.”
