“To complete a new car insurance with Aviva Zero. I was required to pay an initial £67 by card before DDebits began. I entered card details as required, then was told not to lose that screen whilst my payment was being processed. The payment was not processed in 2 hours !! I rang Aviva Zero and spoke to someone I could not understand (foreign voice)
So l booked with another insurance company, spoke to a lady with a clear voice and completed in minutes. I will stick with Hastings Ditect. ⁸”
