Essentially reviews are really only of value when something exceptionally good or exceptionally bad is worth reporting. I, like many other people out there, really object when we're asked to review something for the shear hell of allowing the organisation to parade pointless reviews to demonstrate some ficticious level of customer service.
Let's face it you did more or less what you said you'd do and Aviva have done more or less what they said they would do. Great, you've both done the job that (a) I expected and (b) you offered. Now, can we all get on with doing something productive rather than wasting each others time please.”
