“Awful. They are a broker who signed me to a really dodgy company. I phoned to cancel as soon as I realised and they said the charge to cancel was £40 and they would refund the difference. I asked for written confirmation and got nothing. The company is still asked Ng me to set up payments. I have had no refund and no confirmation of cancellation. If you do anything with them over the phone make sure to record for evidence”
