“Would have liked to have known about who would be collecting monthly direct debit payments... The form that appeared on my bank statement was unknown to me and wasn't anywhere mentioned on the Carole Nash web site. I had to Google the company to check if it was legitimate. This made me nervous about what I had done.. choosing Carole Nash when hadn't used before... With the current climate for on-line fraud.”
