“No email contact is the issue for me and the confusion that seems to reign in their office, then their very high cancellation and change of vehicle charges that bear no relationship to the cost. These are important considerations which need to be highlighted in any contract. The no-reply emails they do send, are borderline useless as they devoid of information”
