“BOOM has been a nightmare asking for a copy of our licences, recent photos, recent utility bill, ncd (which I understand) and other strange items. Under no circumstances am I offering so much private stuff. I did not ask for credit as paid full amount upfront. Talk about how easy it would be to take someone's identity. I now have to fight to get my money back and I will returned to my old insurer.
Ɓoom also do not reply to your emails. I want my money repaid in full with nothing taken off for admin. If you had mentioned in your quote that you would be asking for my life history I would not have taken out insurance with you.
