“Confused.com is easy to use. I wasn't impressed however that details did not transfer over correctly to admiral. When I received my policy there was incorrect details in it. I phoned to amend and was told there would be an admin fee. I contested this as the admin error lay with either confused or admiral. Admiral honoured the removal of the admin fee and the person I spoke with dealt with my complaint professionally. I will however be cautious in the future when using a comparison website.”
“I was short of time to find insurance. Their premium was more than twice my previous premium for a very similar vehicle. I assume the difference was caused by an SP30 and an ‘incident’ where the other driver didn’t stop and I paid repair costs to my vehicle myself.”
