“Flow charged a lot more for when I first purchased my car insurance, by chance I had another quick look about 10 days later and found the same car insurance £70 cheaper, I was informed I had to cancel myself and go through the whole purchasing process again even though I was in contact with Flow by E-mail about why there was such a difference in premium prices, they couldn’t or wouldn’t change my premium.
