“They were very helpful and gave me advice on how to deal with my problem. They answered my email immediately and gave me good advice. It would be nice to be able to phone agents though! Their price was the best for everything, considering how ridiculous other insurers prices were, most up by £500 on top of the original price I had paid! This is a general hike I found out by asking friends. All were so shocked, especially as they’d been with the same insurers for years, and had no claims! Apparently, when asked why, the reason was their were many more cars on the roads. So really more cars, then the prices should actually come down, as they make even more money! So thank you Flo for being honest and helpful.”
