“Had to change insurance company because of age limit... Checked out Flow and found they were backed by LV with whom I have had good service in years past. Every thing is done on line which suits my circumstances. Found their application form and subsequent paperwork easy to understand.... Can't comment on customer service or communication as not had to contact or make a claim, but if its up to the online service so far I shall be more than satisfied”
“Getting insured was soooo easy, will not be able to properly review for a while. Have not needed to speak with anyone, on screen information was clear and easy to follow, documents have not arrived as yet. Still early days - but good so far. Online service is slick and straightforward.”
