The insurance certificate is unusual normally there is one piece of paper with a description of what is covered . This was a more of generalised actually it was not desernable as to what was covered. But not bad just different”
“Flow have double charged my credit card account. Very difficult to get through the payment process, lots of timeouts, flow website asked me to create an account first and then said I had no quotes, even though confused.com had given me a quote and I'd clicked the link from confused.com. Tried on Chrome, Safari and Brave web-browsers and eventually Flow accepted my payment details, but one attempt timed out even though I'd approved on my credit-card app and that first transaction has been charged to my credit card along with a second transaction.”
