“Flow have double charged my credit card account. Very difficult to get through the payment process, lots of timeouts, flow website asked me to create an account first and then said I had no quotes, even though confused.com had given me a quote and I'd clicked the link from confused.com. Tried on Chrome, Safari and Brave web-browsers and eventually Flow accepted my payment details, but one attempt timed out even though I'd approved on my credit-card app and that first transaction has been charged to my credit card along with a second transaction.”
“Quick response to questions but most importantly, I have still to receive a certificate of insurance. They claim it us a known glitch, but it is a rather fundamental one. Hope its resolved very quickly.”
