“The Flow website would not load when I was being transferred over from Confused.com. I tried multiple times over three days. In the end I gave up and went to flow direct, had to put all my car details etc in again but the website was so slow it kept losing info or saying the form was incorrect. I had to make an account, log in, log out, log in and then add my details yet again. If the insurance quote wasn’t so cheap I wouldn’t have bothered!
I also lost my ‘free gift’ from Confused.com because I wasn’t able to transfer.”
