“After the transfer to Admiral system, the occupation I selected here became something else that is not related. This only showed up after I paid for the policy. I had to take the time and effort to ask Admiral, which could only get the matter partially solved because apparently they use a different list of occupations. I hope this is not a serious matter when it comes to making a claim or renewing, but it would be nice if the list of occupation can be more standardised/synchronised between the insurers.
Their webchat was easy to use and help could be found without much wait.”
