The only thing I can say is that the insurance proposal was clear and the access to my online documentation was quick. The defacto 5 rating gives me hope that should I need to make a claim, I will not ne made to jump through bureaucratic hoops.
I was disappointed to learn that my 15 year accident free time as the named and main driver on my husbands policy counted for nothing. I am now at zero NCD. I have been led to believe that some insurance companies have started to offer this but have yet to find one. Perhaps next year!”
