“Have always used either Admiral or Elephant for my insurance. Normally hassle free - their website and portal are easy to use and access for your documents. In the event I need to speak to someone their customer service representatives are helpful. The only downside is that recently I cancelled my policy as I had sold the car. Bought a new one 2 weeks later. The most competitive new quote was with Admiral. Was under the impression that if you re-join within 90 days of cancelling a policy they can back date it so you don’t lose a years no claims. Unfortunately for some reason I was ineligible. Not the end of the world but I imagine for some customers with less years ncb that would impact on their quote significantly.”
