“We went with RAC as it was ticked to say that legal cover and breakdown were included in the price…. When the documents came through they were NOT included!! Called to get an explanation and they just said no it’s not covered and we can’t add it on! Even sent the screen shot to say it was covered but they still didn’t added it on! Very unhelpful guy when we called to ask about this issue”
