“The By Miles system of charging according to the number of miles driven seems to be a fairer way to charge. I was happy with the RAC breakdown service they offer with the policy. As I haven't needed to contact By Miles yet I cannot comment on some aspects of their service. I therefore gave them average scores on some categories.”
“Initially confused and not sure it would be for me but much cheaper in comparison to anyone else with good level of cover. Annoyed that could make changes to errors that were typos though. i.e. date of policy starting was wrong by 2 days and no claims discount was out by 1 year.”
