“Confused is good however this time round I am not impressed with the service given by Adrian Flux who are not transparent enough with how their black box attaches to the car or how big the unit is. Yes I had agreed to a black box but at no point do they fully explain that it has to be attached to windscreen and how big the unit is. When you try and get out of the deal they tell you to pay £160 for the unit because you have ripped open the postal bag. They need to tell you more and have packaging that allows you to see what the unit looks like as I think this is deliberate as they know the unit is too large, plus an admin fee to get out of it and the policy has not even started yet! I won't be a returning customer and am disappointed where Adrian Flux has gone. The hassle so far is not worth the £100 saving and I feel I am being held to ransom due to the surrender charges, they are not listening to how the customer feels and didn't really care. They quote that the small print tells you about fixing the box to the windscreen however I am yet to find anything other than small print telling you to fit it as per instructions.”
“Shocking service, Had a quote online for £1400, Accepted and paid deposit. Cover arranged to start on Monday, Received a txt message following day asking to call them, Price quoted is wrong and has increased to £3800? After several phone calls and getting no where decided to give up and go elsewhere. I would not recommend getting a quote online as it will be incorrect. complete waste of my time. I was even told I would have to pay £160 telematics fee and £30 cancellation fee, after arguing received a full refund. Not good enough”
