“Customer service difficult to get in touch with they sent txt to say they’ve tried to call you but no call, trying to call back but passed to different departments with the promise of a call back but only txt come.”
“Only been with Acorn Insurance for a few days.I have to validate my policy over the phone however when I try to do this they take at least 40 minutes to answer the phone I am then advised I will receive a call back from someone else if I miss this call because I am at work they email threatning to cancel my policy,the opening times on email states they are open until 9pm however they close at 5.30pm.I have had my car insurance for 3 days still unable to validate policy.Customer Service terrible.”
